Matilda Dahlin was born in a small town south of Stockholm, Sweden in 1991. From the moment Matilda was born, fashion has been such an integral part of her life. It started with her great grandmother and grandmother both being fashion designers.
-How did you manage to appear on the main covers of magazines?
-Being strong and persistent has led me to achieve the great magazine covers and commercials that I have always dreamed of. I have been lucky enough to be featured on the covers of FHM magazine for India, One West Magazine, as well as being featured in major magazines like L'OFFICIEL, VOGUE ITALIA, FHM Sweden, Wedding Ideas, Fashion Faces and the latest, GMARO magazine. . I've also been featured on some major luxury brand billboards in Las Vegas in the past year. Also, being a social media influencer and partnering with a fragrance company to make my own perfume.
-What was your greatest learning experience you've ever had?
-The greatest learning experience I've ever had is to always follow your instinct and instinct. There are many people who want to take advantage of young aspiring models and claim that they want to help them in their career, but in reality they have another agenda. If there is one piece of advice I can give to another young woman just starting out in this industry, it would be to go with your gut. If you feel like something is wrong or doesn't add up, go in the other direction immediately and save yourself a lot of pain. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Matilda Dahlin has a dream and that is to become a Guess Model and walk the catwalks of the main brands. Therefore, she wants to inspire other women to believe in their determination and their inner beauty.
