Chloe is a realtor who dabbles in the stock market and the sports game. I have been in real estate for 6 years, in the stock market for 3 years, and in the sports game for 2 years. I work for Berkshire Hathaway, The Napoli Group.
What is your business and what are you doing? Tell us your story and how you started, what made you choose this path
The honest reason I got into real estate was my love for architecture and interior design. It has since taken a back seat to my love for the stock market. Being able to research, invest and the fast pace keeps my attention.
The stock market is a gamble just like sports gambling. I would never have thought that I’d be doing everything I love doing at once, but I am and that’s something not many people can say.
What makes you stand out in your industry? Why are you unique?
Not many women can say they have 3 entrepreneurial type jobs at the same time.
Real estate, stock market and sports gambling. Being 35 years old. Not having a 9-5 and being able to do as I please whenever I want. That’s the real life dream.
What keeps you running when times get tough? *What advice did you like someone to give you at the beginning of your career?
keep pushing! Never give up on the life you see fit yourself. everytime u want to give up or sell out, think about why you started and the “I told you so” from the people.
Making a schedule for your self, Keeping yourself healthy and energetic, and never lose site of your goal.
Where do you see yourself and your product in a couple of years? What are some of your dreams and aspirations?
I see myself purchasing more real estate.
Leveling up on my stock portfolio and opening my favorite restaurant/bar in my favorite town just to have a go-to place to work from my laptop. And of course traveling the world as much as I want, helping my friends and family and throwing charity events at my restaurant/bar.
